We are part of the Networks and Distributed Systems group (https://styx.uwaterloo.ca/twiki/bin/view/NDSWeb/WebHome) at the University of Waterloo.
Our current collaborators are:
- Profs. Martin Karsten (UW) and Sanjiva Prasad (IIT Delhi) on an axiomatic basis for communication. We are using formal techniques to explore the limits of communication network architectures.
- Prof. Martin Karsten (UW) on a Universal Forwarding Engine.
- Prof. Tim Brecht (UW) and David Hadaller on opportunistic wireless protocols for Vehicle-to-vehicle and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure access.
- Prof. Urs Hengartner (UW) on security for disconnected nodes.
- Prof. Ihab Ilyas (UW) and Qiang Wang on using tree-based data structures for multidimensional range queries.
- Profs. Huzur Saran and Sanjiva Prasad (IIT Delhi) for providing communication infrastructure to rural kiosks.
- Prof. Suman Banerjee (U. Wisc. Madison) and Dr. Konstantina Papagianniki (Intel Research, Cambridge) on self-management for wireless LANs.
